Our Captains manage multi-million dollar investments (vessels) and the job is
all-encompassing, while the responsibilities are tremendous.
Apart from our captain's primary duties, i.e. the safe manning and operation of
his/her vessel, our captain's are in fact similar to big-company managers,
expected to manage their vessels in a way that makes them highly profitable
operations.
Apart from the traditional duties, the Captain also assumes the role of
Engineer, why the position requires a vast knowledge of the inner workings of a
vessel. As engineer you must be able to trouble shoot, fix and maintain the
equipment aboard.
Consequently, we are looking for outstanding multi-faceted personalities, with
the highest degree of skills, integrity and behavior. We are looking at
professionals, that are masters of many trades, with well developed social
skills.
