Investors are, in place of a monetary return on the investment, entitled to one
week annually of all expenses paid cruising. This benefit entails cruising,
including accommodation in luxurious double stateroom, all meals, snacks,
beverages (including alcohol and wine), but excludes personal expenses and
insurances, and crew's gratitude's, for two persons. The value, in today's price
structure, of the BCT is around US$ 60,000, per annum, or US$ 600,000 over 10
years.
The investor may, via the company's web site and secure login, check
availability and book any required charter directly.
If the investor is unable to personally use his annual BCT, the investor may
transfer, but not sell, the benefit to members of his or her immediate family.
We are particularly careful about the transfer of BCT, as we guard the privacy
of our guests and aim at maintaining the exclusivity of the charter venture to
ensure that the investments remain valuable and exclusive.
