The company will not communicate directly with the investor, neither will the
company reveal any of the investors transactions with the company, unless so
ordered by a court with jurisdiction over the company, or if the investor so
requests. All financial and charter booking transactions will be readily
available to the investor, by secure login, on the company's web site on the
internet. The investor may at any time, via email, telephone, fax or any other
available means of communication, contact the company or the Megayacht directly.
On the yacht's web site, its present position, past and planned route will be
available.
