The SpecialityCruises
project is a low tech, easy to understand and easy to follow project, entailing
limited
risk and a non-monetary return on investment. No dividends are
paid. In most countries the investment and the return on investment – your gain
– is tax-free! The investment is expected to generate over fifty percent
converted into dollars and cents.
The project is not aimed at investors that cannot afford to enjoy the pleasures
of luxury, or that require a monetary return on their investments. Consequently,
the investment is meant for investors that can afford both the financial
investment in pure personal pleasure and quality time in an environment that few
are accustomed to.
The projects main purpose is to build and operate a small fleet of purpose-built
Megayachts, ranging from 140-200 feet (possibly even larger vessels) in length.
Each yacht will cruise selected destinations according to guest desires and
demand. Each yacht will be engaged in both regular mini-cruising, as well as
charter activity, depending on location and season.
Each Megayacht is planned to offer luxurious facilities for 6 – 8 guests, the
larger Megayachts may offer facilities for up to 12 guests. The number of guests
is limited not only to retain the exclusivity, but to offer each guest the
feeling and comfort of being on ones own yacht and next to absolute privacy. The
guest shall never have to compete for space or special activities, as the crew's
focus is on the individual guest. Even meals can be taken in full privacy.
The cost of cruising aboard our yachts will most certainly be more costly than a
cruise aboard a 3,000 passenger cruise ship, but on the other hand our
Megayachts offer all guests an unforgettable experience, personal attention,
visits to places and areas, where no large cruise ship would ever consider
going, even if it was possible. Our cruises charges will be well in reach of
most professionals, semi retired and retired persons with a good personal
economy.
It is our intention to offer a cruise experience to persons that appreciate the
ultimate luxury, excellent cuisine and to provide extra cultural values and
stopovers in all those hard to reach places. It is very much a question of
value-for-money.
A second area of operation consist in ordinary charter operation, whereby the
yachts are chartered out by professional charter and operation management agents
fleets, that have a several Megayachts on their books. Our yachts will also be
available for explorer type excursions, chartered out to private parties,
corporate events, that is charter that is limited in time to days or weeks.
All our Megayachts are designed with shallow draft to enable them to make port
of calls in far flung places with shallow waters, while at the same time be
utterly seaworthy vessels, build to coast guard specification. All Megayachts
are built from heavy gauge steel in the hull and have aluminum superstructures.
The yachts are self-rightening, with windows and doors specified to survive the
foulest of weather. The vessels are designed for all climatic conditions, from
arctic cold to tropical heat and, naturally, fully air-conditioned and heated.
The Megayachts are built to ice-capability.
Investments into the project are limited, both to the amount and to the period
of time, as well as to one single investment per family, or corporate unit.
Investors have direct access to project management, the master of each
Megayacht, cruise schedules, yacht positions and may discuss any matter directly
with the person concerned.
