The purpose of this
investment invitation is to part-finance one Megayacht in the project. Forty,
individual or corporate investors, are invited to participate in the investment
in each vessel. Each investor becomes a shareholder in the specific Megayacht through
his investment.
The investment is made through a limited partnership shareholding, in a shipping
company formed solely for the purpose to own and operate the particular
Megayacht. The company, still to be formed, will be registered in Cayman
Islands, where a large number of the world's luxury yacht tonnage is registered
today.
