We invite potential investors to invest a maximum of
US$ 425,000 over a limited period of 10 years in a luxurious Megayacht. The
estimated ROI (Return on Investment) over ten years is about $170.000, or about
40 percent, not taking inflation or cost increases into account.
The investment is not an investment for persons that require a fast return on
their investment, nor are investing for the sake of returns, but rather for
investors that can afford to invest in personal pleasure and quality time in an
environment that few are accustomed to. The investment is thus not primarily
aimed at earning a return on the investment as such, but at investing in one of
the strongest growing leisure industries while at the same time being able to
join the high-powered ranks of wealthy individuals that like to experience
cruising in different parts and destinations of the world, in privacy, with just
a few other selected guests of similar background, values and preferences. This
Megayacht offers very private cruising with the possibility of up to a few other
like-minded guests, experiencing superb cuisine, lavish accommodation at the
highest standards, without having to invest in your own yacht at many million
dollars apiece. Thereto, an added benefit is that, to most investors, the return
on investment is tax-free.
It is our vision, as mentioned previously, and depending on investor interest,
to build and operate five Megayachts over the next five to seven years. It is
also our intention to make transfers and exchanges possible for all owners
between the yachts, thereby offering cruising possibilities on all continents to
our investors.
Additional cruising time will be available at reduced charge to investors.
