Each investor may purchase one single share. Only forty shares are available per
Megayacht. The investment is limited in amount and in time. A limited time
investment extension may be purchased at a rebate, if this option is exercised
before the end of the fifth year of initial investment.
A repurchase option, whereby the company shall repurchase the share after 10
years, or 15 years respectively, if the investment extension purchase option is
exercised by the investor, at a predetermined price. The investor may not sell
or trade his share without the company's express permission.
The investment amount is limited to US$ 425,000.
