We welcome travel journalists to write journalistic pieces on
our project and about our luxury cruises and will do our utmost to assist in
this regard.
We also invite selected travel journalists to cruise with us on an individual basis, since we
think it is good advertising and public relations. In exchange we expect you to
have your stories published in some major publications. Good ink is vital to us
and that is the primary goal when having you cruising with us.
Journalists with firm assignment letters and/or those who have shown a good
record of placements in the past, will have greater chance of getting invited
than those without. Consequently, you must be a professional travel journalist
and have a solid track record, with contactable references. We also expect you
to be a member of some professional body, like ASJA, the American Society of
Journalists & Authors, or similar.
The cruise itinerary, including meals, accommodations, and schedules are will be
arranged in advance by us together with the selected journalist. Most cruises last for 7
– 10 days. Only on rare occasions will it be possible to bring a travel companion.
Airfares and transfers are not covered, neither are personal insurances and
crew's gratitude's.
We also offer familiarization, or media, cruises, when we have an opportunity do
so. These are short cruises, lasting a day or so, and we accept up to 10 guests
at a time.
We appreciate a draft copy to enable us to check and suggest correction for
factual errors before you submit your piece, but out of principle do we never comment on
the editorial content.
You must register your interest with us in advance to be considered, even though the
waiting list already is long. We will keep you posted from time to time about our
progress and plans and you may opt out from the registration at any time.

Being a travel journalist can be rather exciting. Provided you can find
something to write about that captivates the readerships minds. Like what is
like cruising aboard a Mega Yacht, with all expenses paid.
You also get to see places, breathe fresh air in places you probably never heard
about before, eat and drink food and wine of distant and far flung destinations.
Let's face it, traveling is a great past time, especially aboard an almost
private Mega Yacht. The travel is the point, reaching the final destination is
the sad part, that's when you have to part with what could have lasted forever.
